Nothing is too much trouble. We had a one off requirement to improve our outside appearance of our offices. They now look after much more including inside the offices which look much more professional and cared for

I just wanted to thank you for finding Tracey to help with my housework. She just came along and got on with what she had to do. In fact she did more than was asked of her. It was as if she saw what need to be done and just did it. My husband has Parkinson's Desease and the last time she came he was having a particularly bad day and I was really upset. Tracey was really understanding and offered to be with him whilst I took a break to compose myself. I eventually decided to take him for a drive and we had a sandwich whilst parked overlooking some beautiful scenery and we both felt better. When we got back Tracey had done everything and more, she had even done all the washing up and cleaned the surfaces in the laundry room. How kind is that.

Mr Meachin has provided support services for my 70yr old disabled and bedridden mother for about two years. The key to his business has been the flexibility his company offers and this includes vital personal assistance at very short notice. Mr Meachin supervises his staff however his own personal response to crisis situations has been invaluable. Mr Meachin attends in person every week to check that Val is happy with his staff, more critically he has attended when Val has needed urgent DIY jobs doing and to give moral and physical support when required. Val lives alone and I work in Liverpool so depend heavily on support services. Brightway have proved very reliable and Mr Meachin is very conscientious and as far as I am concerned, trustworthy.

I can highly recomment the services by Brightway Cleaning. Lorraine has been cleaning and ironing for us for the last 6 months and we couldn't be without her now. She is extremely reliable, always punctual and needs no supervision at all. In addition, she is a lovely person to have around and is always willing to make suggestions if she thinks some extra work needs doing. She is also great with animals and cleans round 4 cats with no complaints. Steve is always available to deal with any issues that may arise but I think the fact that I have not had to pick up the phone once in 6 months speaks volumes. I have happily recommended Brightway to good friends and family members who are now satisfied clients. Brightway is the best way!

After an initial enquiry, Steve came round within a day and the first clean was done 2 days later. The cleaner did an immaculate job and I now use them regularly. We have been using Steven's company for approximately 6 months now and we cannot praise his company and staff highly enough. We have had only one lady cleaner who is always punctual, abolutely reliable and does exactly whatever is required to the highest standards. Prior to Brightway we had a couple of cleaners who started off well and rapidly became the opposite, unreliable, unprofessional and just made what should be a straight forward transaction into a nightmare. If any variations are required due to dates for holidays etc, it is dealt with professionally and if my regular cleaner is away, I am always offered a replacement should I require one. I would be very confident in recommending Steve's company and his staff to any future clients, without hesitation

My previous cleaner retired 3 weeks ago and I must say I was initially devastated. She had been with me for several years and prior to that I think I had tried the majority of cleaning companies in Bury and just couldn't find one that had the same high standards that I have when it comes to cleaning. Steve has just completed his first clean for us and I am delighted at the quality of the work. I can see that Steve is thorough and methodical, anmd I no longer have to remember to buy cleaning products as Steve provides all his own. My dog also took to him straightbaway which is a good sign and shows he's a nice guy too.

Steve has been cleaning at our house for a while now and we love him.He is efficient, thorough and flexible and of course a lovely man too. Having Steve has freed up our time and enabled us to enjoy our days off again. He takes the stress out of everything and nothing is ever too much. The ironing service he provides is as efficient as his cleaning. Steve is exceptionally unobstrusive and appears to go out of his way not to disturb us when we are in.
