The team agreed to take on a job bigger than they were initially commissioned for following an unfortunate event. The team turned the property from an unhabitiable state to a state in which the property could be returned to the landlord. The team worked with us and Steve (owner) met with myself and was in consistent contact throughout the job. I found Brightway to be very personal and adaptable and approached the situation with care despite an excellent thorough clean (including fridge, freezer and oven as well as hand scrubbed carpets and walls). Having been unwell and not managing as well as I’d like round the flat, I finally made the decision to get a spring clean. Brightway got such amazing reviews online that they were the only company I contacted about this. Having made contact over the weekend I didn’t expect a reply til Monday but Steve got back me on Sunday. He visited to flat to look at what needed to be done first thing on Monday and arranged for the work to be completed on Wednesday. Steve and the ladies arrived punctually. He showed them what had been agreed in terms of the work. The ladies got started straight away and they worked tirelessly while they were here. They were friendly, polite and their attention to detail in what they were doing was second to none. What they achieved in the time they were here is amazing and the flat feels like new. I can’t thank Steve and the ladies enough for the outstanding customer service and communications and for leaving me with what feels like a shiny, new flat. I’ve already been recommending them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I just wanted to get in touch and let you know how happy we are with the service that you and Brightway Cleaning and providing for us. I wish to thank Brightways for sending a wonderful lady called Christine, who is worth her weight in gold, to help me with a variety of tasks, that help me maintain my independence.. She is more than just a domestic help, both her and Brightways, go out of their way in which to help their clients in anyway they can. One thing I was concerned of was how my animals were going adapt to someone new coming in when I wasn't at home. Well I need not of worried, because both Murphy and Smokie, look forward to their Aunty Christine, and she goes out of her way, to look after them as well indeed, as maintain my home to such a very high standard. They are always on time, very professional and there is always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere whenever Steve or Christine come to my home. I certainly wouldn't have anyone else. Dear Steve, I thought I would drop an e-mail to say that I'm really pleased with a recent deep clean that you did on my Mum's house (10 June 2014) which included a carpet clean. As you are aware, unfortunately my mum had an accident at home resulting in carpets and blinds becoming blood stained. Yourself and Adele worked really hard to ensure that my mums house was spotless ready for when she returned home after spending a month in respite, not just cleaning the aforementioned items but giving the house a thorough clean throughout, including the windows. It had been an extremely stressful time for me but I cannot fault yourself and Adele who arrived as scheduled and worked tirelessly to ensure my mum's house was "Like a new pin" In addition John of Bakewell Carpet Care managed to get my mum's white blood stained rug cleaned up like brand new.

Brightway Cleaning are providing and have provided us with an excellent weekly cleaning service, Our cleaner is fabulous, A real life saver. She uses her initiative over the little things that matter... turning the dishwasher on, emptying the dishwasher. She is very reliable and tructworthy and a lovely person to have in the house.
